Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom and made-to-order items may require additional time; any extended timeline will be noted on the product page or in your order confirmation.

Shipping methods & rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. You’ll see the exact shipping cost before you pay.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also check your order status any time using the link in your confirmation email.

Delivery

Delivery times vary by destination and service level. LamJam Studios is not responsible for carrier delays, but we’ll always help you track down a package that appears lost.
