Return window

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Non-returnable items

• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products.
• Digital products and downloads.
• Items marked final sale.

How to start a return

Email contact@lamjamstudios.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll respond with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
